Responsibilities- Assemble or install truck body parts using hand, air, and power tools
- Follow quality, safety, and performance standards across workstations
- Rotate between tasks and support teammates as needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with 5S efforts
- Contribute to continuous improvement through Lean Principles
- Mechanically inclined with experience using drills, torque wrenches, air tools, and huck guns
- Strong attention to detail and work quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing processes
