: $1,500 ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months – not on a corrective action for attendance)

Drug and Background Check
:
This is a drug‑free facility and requires all employees to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Verifies the information on the work order header is correct such as BOM part numbers, quantities, and consuming locations. Follows procedures to correct any errors.
- Completes assembly of components per the instructions, drawings, and quality standards. Inspects components for fit, form and function per defined procedures.
- Using a variety of hand tools, assembles crates and bases for shipping units.
- Installs wiring, including the wiring of pumps, panels and other options, according to the work order.
- Attaches identification labels containing warning labels, product type, and operating specifications.
- Crates completed units and attaches shipping labels.
- Works with other personnel to resolve quality issues on improperly functioning or uncompleted finished products.
- Proper care and cleaning of the equipment, following all safety policies and guidelines and maintaining the area’s organization and housekeeping.
- Timely reporting of production to the leader or supervisor.
- Responsible for quality and quantity of work performed.
- Maintains inventory accuracy of raw materials in the area and assists with cycle counting.
- High school diploma or GED and 6 months of related work experience.
- Basic computer knowledge and navigation is helpful; ability to use electronic information.
- Demonstrates commitment, loyalty and positive attitude toward company values, goals, policies and practices.
- Experience and knowledge of commercial boilers, water heaters and pool heaters; prior assembly experience is preferred.
- Ability to make logical decisions regarding quality, customer service and time management; good problem‑solving ability.
- Mechanical ability; use of simple math and measuring tools.
- Good communication skills.
- Good safety record; promotes a safe and organized work area.
