• Responsible for assembling and fabricating various components, parts and wheelchair products. Interprets assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to perform tasks associated with manual wheelchair manufacturing.
• Uses hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components and products.
• Reads and interprets assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Performs tactical tasks required to takt time pace.
• Ensures proper handling of components and materials.
• Adheres to production schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborates with team members and supervisors to improve the assembly process.
• Follows safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Identifies and resolves any issues or defects in the assembly process.
• Inspects and tests finished products.
• Maintains and cleans tools, equipment, and work area.
• Meets production targets and deadlines.
• Evaluates problems and makes initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
• Follows directions, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
• Works independently and with others in a team environment while maintaining professionalism.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of assembly experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Other qualifications or experiences.
