As a Production Technician, you will work in a clean room environment, adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Your primary responsibilities will include manufacturing, assembling, and packaging Bio Process Containers, while ensuring quality and consistency by following detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings. This role demands attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

• Manufacture, assemble, and package Bio Process Containers.
• Follow detailed instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings.
• Ensure quality and consistency in production processes.

• Production experience in cleanroom environments.
• Assembly and general production skills.
• Warehouse and data entry experience.
• Ability to work on an assembly line.
• Proficiency in packaging operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of production experience (preferred but not required).
• Basic computer skills for completing training modules.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Team‑oriented mindset.

Work in a fast‑paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours per day, with possible overtime. Cleanroom conditions include greater than 30% humidity, temperature between 60–70°F, and ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry allowed. The role involves frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Use of PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene is necessary.

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift is required. Use of hand tools and equipment is involved, and you must occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 – $21.28/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in LEBANON,TN.
