• Provide 1:1 patient care in the home setting
• Utilize online learning modules and simulation lab training to support ongoing professional development
• Offer holistic care and educate family members on best care practices
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate home health services
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse License is required
• Active nursing license in good standing
• Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and effective communication
• Home health experience preferred

• Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse License is required
• Active nursing license in good standing
• Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and effective communication
• Home health experience preferred
