Looking for a full-time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. The candidate should possess a passion for the geriatric population, must hold a license in the state of TN, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and possess the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents in improving their experience.

Job Description:

Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.

Duties include:

Medication Administration, including IVs.

Taking and recording vital signs.

Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.

Provide resident and family education.

Communication with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals.

Supervising CNAs.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Current Tennessee License - LPN
