A franchisee of a popular coffee shop located in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Dunkin’ Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include coaching team members, adhering to franchise standards, and managing the restaurant in the absence of the Store Manager. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of restaurant management experience.
