• Back‑of‑house cooking experience in a high‑volume restaurant environment
• Experience as a chef, sauté cook, or grill cook preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
