Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative for American Home Design, Inc., a Nashville‑area home improvement company with 45+ years of local and national recognition.

We are hiring a full‑time In‑Home Sales Representative. The role involves traveling within the Middle Tennessee region to deliver a professional in‑home presentation on an iPad, negotiate, and close same‑day home improvement sales. A bi‑weekly draw and uncapped commission structure can result in annual earnings of $100,000–$200,000.

• Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners using a trained sales system on an iPad and close same‑day sales.
• Overcome objections and handle rejection positively.
• Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design.
• Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you.
• Occasionally generate own business leads (up to 1 hour/day).
• Run approximately 8–10 leads a week.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after installation.
