Job Title: General Laborer

Pay: $22 an hour

• 1st Shift: 4:30 AM — 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM — 12:00 AM
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday

We are looking for a motivated General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you’ll directly contribute to workplace safety by installing metal fencing on robotics floors. This is a hands‑on position that requires comfort with basic tools, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. High-performing team members may also be offered travel opportunities to support projects at other locations.

• Install metal fences and gating systems on robotics floors to enhance safety.
• Operate hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, hammers, torque wrenches) to assemble metal frames.
• Drill into concrete and complete tasks requiring mechanical skill.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and measure accurately with a tape measure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically able to perform repetitive tasks in a dynamic environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, TN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr.
