• Team up with experienced technicians and learn the ropes.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Repair the trailer approved by customer, warranty, or manufacturer.
• Communicate with all departments when more information is needed or when problems arise.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards.
• Stay organized with tools, parts, and materials.
• Keep your workspace clean and safe.
• Pick up parts and supplies when needed.

• Some technician experience in Auto, Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Maintenance, Plumbing, or related trade school background.
• Ability to support service team technicians.
• Willingness to run errands for parts or supplies.
• Ability to assist in other areas of the service department.
• Show potential for growth and ability to learn RV repair techniques.
