Responsible for all functions in the Distribution Center with safety as a priority to ensure the highest level of quality to our customers around the world.

• Safely operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV).
• Operate equipment as a forklift and order picker.
• Operate specialized equipment: reach truck and swing‑reach truck.
• Perform duties of distribution associates as required.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders; receive and process returns/exchanges; troubleshoot problems to resolution.
• Organize shipments to third‑party distributors.
• Sort, count, package, label, unpack, and log inventory.
• Inspect shipments for damages or defects; record discrepancies or damages and notify supervisor.
• Reorganize inventory on shelves in the warehouse for seasonality.
• Unpack shipment of product and replenish warehouse shelves.
• Identify all returned defective units with proper defective reason code.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to operate lift equipment up to a height of 40 ft.
• Good communication skills; reading and understanding of the English language; ability to match numbers/letters.
• Proven track record of stability and dependability.
• Ability to use RF scanner or WMS workstation.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Able to push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk on concrete surface for 8+ hrs per day, with regular bending, reaching, and crouching.
• Able to climb ladders up to 12 ft (where applicable).
• Ability to go up and down stairs and work at heights on the mezzanine (where applicable).
• High school diploma, GED, or homeschool equivalency preferred.

Nashville, TN – Distribution Center

Pay Range: $21.40 – $26.75 – $32.10 hourly (actual base pay varies based on experience, role, internal equity, geographic location, and more).
