Location: Lebanon, TN
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a leading wholesale distributor of specialty building products with 26 locations across the United States. At Warren Brothers Sash & Door, we supply windows, doors, moldings, and other building materials that help our customers succeed.

The Material Handler / Forklift Loader is responsible for loading customer orders, operating material handling equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are accurately loaded, organized, and delivered safely to customers.

• Load trucks with products for customer deliveries
• Safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Verify materials loaded match customer orders
• Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
• Load and secure materials for shipment
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Attend required safety meetings and training
• Support other warehouse functions as needed

• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, material handling, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience loading flatbed trailers preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds independently
• Ability to team-lift materials weighing up to 100 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to safely handle large, bulky, and awkward building materials
