This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team within a global enterprise, providing vital support to a busy sales function while working collaboratively across multiple departments.

The Role You will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer interaction, sales administration, and cross-departmental support.

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the external sales team Handle customer enquiries across commercial, technical, and logistical areas Prepare and issue offers and quotations in line with client requirements Maintain CRM systems and keep customer data up to date Support marketing initiatives and product promotion activities Provide operational and general administrative support across departments About You Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving ability Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Positive, adaptable, and team-focused approach Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment What's on Offer Modern, professional working environment Supportive and collaborative team culture Early finish every Friday Stable role within an expanding business
