Teaching Assistant (Bank) at Aspris

Due to expansion, Queenswood School is recruiting a Teaching Assistant on a bank basis (with the possibility of a permanent role). We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed people who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages.

• Assist the children with their work and support pupil behaviour.
• Establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model.
• Respond to individual needs and adapt practice across all key stages.
• Support the school’s robust safeguarding culture, ensuring student safety and welfare.

• Full UK driving licence – required as you may need to go off‑site.
• Willingness to undergo safeguarding screening, including Disclosure & Barring Service checks and at least two references covering the last three years.
• Experience working with children, especially those with additional needs, is highly valued.
• Commitment to ongoing training and career progression.
