Queenswood School

Queenswood School is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to join our education team. We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed people who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will assist children with their work and support pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.

Queenswood School is located in Ledbury, Herefordshire, in a peaceful rural setting. We are an independent, specialist school providing education and care services to young people aged 11‑19 who have social, emotional and mental health difficulties and a range of additional needs including ADHD, attachment disorder, ODD, PDA, moderate learning difficulties, specific learning difficulties and an autistic spectrum condition. Our aim is to unlock the potential of our students so that they develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to enjoy a brighter future.

Job Description
