Hays Senior Finance are supporting a growing SME in Ledbury to recruit an experienced Finance Manager/FBP who will lead monthly management accounts and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
You will drive performance, partner with operational teams and support budgeting, forecasting and process improvements while developing a small finance team.
