Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Orchard Place, situated in Ledbury.
The purpose‑built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.

- Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
- Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
- Report changes in residents’ needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.
- Experience working with older people in residential care.
- You will have completed or be working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
- Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
