TSR Legal are currently working with a highly regarded national law firm that is continuing to grow its presence in Ledbury and is now looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its established property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who wants the backing, stability and progression opportunities of a national firm, while still enjoying a supportive, close-knit local office environment and genuine work/life balance.
The RoleYou will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with appropriate administrative and technical support in place. The work is good quality and varied, and the firm places a strong emphasis on service rather than volume.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- New build transactions
- Transfers of equity
- General residential property matters
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Legal Executive
- Able to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
- Keen to develop and progress within a forward-thinking firm
