We are recruiting on behalf of a fast‑growing international FMCG business operating across the UK and global markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to take ownership of a critical function within the business, leading end‑to‑end logistics operations while helping shape future supply chain strategy.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently through the supply chain, managing logistics partners, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

• Managing end‑to‑end logistics operations across inbound, storage and outbound distribution
• Overseeing import and export activity, ensuring full compliance and smooth product movement
• Managing relationships with third‑party logistics providers, freight partners and cold storage facilities
• Driving logistics cost control and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Improving visibility, reporting and stock control processes
• Implementing process improvements and best‑practice logistics procedures

• Import/export management experience
• FMCG, food manufacturing, fresh produce or other fast‑paced supply chain experience
• Experience managing third‑party logistics providers (3PLs)
• Strong understanding of import/export processes and customs requirements
• Experience leading or developing teams
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and cost management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
