Soft Landscaping Team Leader

Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Landscaping Team Leader on behalf of an expanding landscaping company. This is a permanent job paying up to £34,255.00 a year and comes with a company van, four weeks paid holiday plus all bank holidays, a pension, ongoing training and career progression.

With a depot base close to Junction 2 of the M50, this role suits those living in or around Ledbury (6 Miles), Malvern (10 Miles), Tewkesbury (10 Miles), Pershore (20 Miles) or Ross-on-Wye (15 Miles).

• Responsible for and working alongside a small team of soft landscapers.
• Installing the soft landscaping on new build housing developments.
• Responsible for completing weekly van checks.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to high standards.
• Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.

To be considered as the Landscaping Team Leader you will need:

• A minimum of two years soft landscaping experience.
• Team leading experience.
• A good knowledge of plants and trees.
• To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
• Ideally your CSCS card.
• Experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
• A driving licence.
• A mobile phone on which you are happy to download their clocking in App and use Whats App to communicate with the office, including sending pictures.

• A salary of up to £34,255.00 per year.
