Role DescriptionThis is an on‑site, full‑time role for a Customer Service Agent located in Lee‑On‑The‑Solent. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. The agent will handle incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to address inquiries and provide prompt assistance
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Experience with CRM software and customer management tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing role is advantageous
- Willingness to work on‑site in Lee‑On‑The‑Solent
