CEMAST is seeking a Curriculum Area Manager to lead learning, teaching and quality across the curriculum area. You will work with the Curriculum Director to plan yearly curriculum activities and support staff development while ensuring robust data, progression tracking and KPI attainment.
The role requires strong communication, leadership and a proactive approach to curriculum development and performance improvement, with a focus on at-risk students and early intervention.
