Imagine a day filled with diverse activities: from analyzing processes, leading cross-functional kaizens, to developing cutting‑edge strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Your efforts in change management and compliance will ensure sustainable improvements and adherence to standards.

• Process Analysis:
  Evaluate current processes to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement
• Plan, organize, and facilitate cross‑functional kaizens to improve a process or to solve a problem
• Strategy Development:
  Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Project Management:
  Lead and manage improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Data Analysis:
  Utilize data and metrics to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make data‑driven decisions.
• Training and Development:
  Conduct training sessions for employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (eg. Kaizen facilitation, 5S, waste identification, problem solving)
• Strong facilitation and organization skills.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role in a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications:
  
  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus
