Job Overview

• Set up, operate, and adjust machines and equipment to produce high‑quality products, including electric welders, coil feeders, and jib cranes.
• Program and troubleshoot welding equipment (material handling, drilling, and welding) to maintain acceptable productivity and quality levels.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, handheld grinders, and other department equipment.
• Weld steel and aluminum components to assemble structural forms.

Key Qualifications

• MIG welding proficiency.
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform tasks requiring close tolerances.
• Mechanical and safety experience, including use of hand tools and material handling equipment.
• Dependable with a good attendance record.
