• Work in the wireless services section within the local Walmart.
• Engage with consumers about carrier plans, accessories, and service plans.

• Sell products and services in retail, kiosk, and event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Advise customers with product and service information.
• Build customer confidence in selections.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related objectives.
• Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, functional, and presentable workstation/kiosk.
• Submit all paperwork accurately and completely.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas/goals.
• Maintain high customer/client satisfaction; minimize rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
