Summary

This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, equipment handling, pallet preparation, and communication with the front office team. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with forklifts, pallet shipment processes, and general warehouse maintenance.

Essential Functions

• Perform basic warehouse maintenance to keep work environment clean, organized and safe
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently, maintain active forklift certification
• Prepare outbound shipments including wrapping pallets, arranging boxes and ensuring proper load stability
• Identify issues with warehouse equipment and coordinate repair services (forklift, repairs, scale calibrations, etc)
• Safely use saws, drills, hammers, ladders, and other hand tools as needed
• Sort and stack pallets with care to minimize product damage during shipping
• Load and unload trucks, lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Communicate clearly with the front office team regarding pallet details, shipment status and BOL information
• Maintain strong attention to detail when labeling pallets accurately and consistently
