Audit Senior
Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join our growing Leeds audit team. This is a client-facing role offering responsibility, progression, and genuine flexibility.
The roleYou’ll lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with clients and supporting junior team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and budgeting audit assignments
- Leading and completing audit fieldwork, focusing on key risk areas
- Reviewing trainee work and coaching junior team members
- Liaising with clients and escalating complex issues where required
- Preparing statutory financial statements (primarily UK GAAP) and drafting tax computations
- Meeting internal and external deadlines
- Assisting with billing, recoveries, and maintaining quality assurance standards
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and business development
- Strong audit experience with client-facing exposure
- Able to complete audit fieldwork independently
- Strong technical knowledge and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Enthusiastic about career progression and developing others
