Audit Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on a retained basis for a successful and growing accountancy firm looking to further invest into their business through hiring an additional Audit Manager. This opportunity is a highly visible leadership role within a growing Audit function. Working closely with the Audit Partner and the wider leadership team, you will manage a varied portfolio of clients whilst helping shape the future growth of the function.

The role will involve the following (but not limited to):

- • Managing audit assignments and client relationships
• Supporting and developing junior team members
• Driving high standards across audit delivery
• Supporting business development and growth activity
• Influencing the future direction of the Audit team

You will ideally have the following skills and experiences:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong audit background within practice
• Commercially minded and ambitious
• Passion for building relationships
• Motivated by growth and progression
