Assistant Management Accountant

About the team

The Assistant Management Accountant will support the Management Accountants team in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and month‑end processes.

In this early‑career position you will prepare and maintain accrual and prepayment schedules, complete balance‑sheet reconciliations, and support a range of finance activities throughout the month. The role also offers the opportunity to study for an accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA).

• Prepare and maintain accrual and prepayment schedules
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany balances, fixed assets, accruals and prepayments
• Review bad debt provisions
• Produce overhead reporting
• Complete payroll benefit reconciliations
• Analysis and intercompany billing of expenses
• Investigate and resolve financial queries

• A recent graduate in finance, accounting or business, particularly with a placement year
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Studying towards, or considering, a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA)
