Financial Controller - Potential 4-Day Week

The role:

Produce monthly management accounts Lead month-end and year-end reporting Forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management Project accounting and revenue recognition Build and improve finance processes Take ownership of statutory reporting, audit and compliance Work directly with senior leadership

What we're looking for:

Qualified or qualified by experience accountant Strong month-end and financial reporting experience Confident working autonomously in a hands-on role

Experience of Xero or similar accounting systems Calm, organised and process-driven Why apply?
