Reporting into the Credit Management team, you will be responsible for managing outstanding debt, ensuring payments are collected within agreed terms, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Chasing overdue invoices by telephone and email
• Ensuring debts are collected within agreed payment terms
• Meeting cash collection and debtor day targets
• Managing and resolving invoice queries and disputes
• Maintaining accurate records of all collection activity
• Building relationships with clients and senior stakeholders to support timely payment
