Review payroll preview reports and carry out initial validation checks. Raise, track and escalate payroll queries with the managed payroll provider. Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of payroll confidentiality, data protection and controls. Ability to spot discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution.
Desirable Experience using Moorepay. Experience using Workday or another HRIS. Exposure to multi-entity or multi-business payrolls. Knowledge of pensions, statutory payments, NMW, P11
Ds or year-end processes. Experience supporting payroll process improvements. Personal Qualities Highly organised, methodical and deadline-driven. Detail-focused with strong error-spotting ability.
