Our client is a leading professional services firm with a strong reputation for delivering innovative tax, advisory and business solutions to a diverse client base across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Partner to help drive the next phase of development within their tax practice.
Your new role
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an established employment tax specialist to play a key role in growing a high-performing practice and shaping its future direction.
You will advise a broad range of clients, from large corporates and multinational groups to privately owned businesses, on complex employment tax matters while building and developing long-term client relationships.
Leading employment tax advisory and compliance engagements.
Advising on PAYE, National Insurance, employment status, off-payroll working, reward and incentives.
Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries and risk reviews.
Driving business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities.
Building and nurturing strong client and intermediary relationships.
Leading, mentoring and developing a talented employment tax team.
Collaborating with senior colleagues across wider tax and advisory disciplines.
What you'll need to succeed
Significant employment tax experience gained within a professional services environment.
Proven ability to win, retain and develop client relationships.
Strong technical expertise across UK employment tax matters.
Demonstrable leadership experience and a track record of developing teams.
Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
Existing network within the Yorkshire, Northern or wider UK market would be advantageous.
