Straw Your new company A leading top 10 accountancy firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Senior join their expanding audit team. Your new role
As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality audit and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio. You will:
Lead and project‑manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
Work closely with senior client stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships.
Take ownership of fieldwork, technical analysis and audit documentation.
Support managers and partners in delivering a seamless client experience.
Contribute to the wider running of the team, with opportunities to join firm‑wide working groups and advisory projects.
Manage a small portfolio of assignments, helping you build the skills needed for the next stage of your career.

What you'll need to succeedACA or ACCA qualification
Strong audit experience, including planning and completion
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments
Good technical knowledge of current accounting and auditing standards
Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with audit software is advantageous.
