Payroll & Accounts Administrator

Role Overview

The Accounts Administrator will provide accurate, organised support across day-to-day finance administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused professional who takes pride in maintaining reliable financial records and keeping essential processes running smoothly. This is a fully office based, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly wages prepare and process weekly wages accurately and on time.
  • Purchase ledger record, process and maintain purchase invoices and supplier account information.
  • Sales ledger maintain customer account records and support accurate sales invoicing and receipts.
  • Reconcile financial records and investigate discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain finance documentation and ensure information is kept up to date.
  • Respond to routine finance queries in a professional and helpful manner.

Hours & Salary

9:00am5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am4:00pm on Friday

34-hour week
