Tax Senior

We are proud to be working on behalf of a leading accountant’s firm who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Tax Senior to strengthen their team. Key Duties:

Prepare and review personal and partnership tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation. Provide tailored tax planning and advisory support to a diverse portfolio of clients. Support and mentor junior team members, including reviewing their work and providing constructive guidance. Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients and maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK tax legislation and developments. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and providing proactive advice and support.

Skills & Experience Required:

ATT qualified or qualified by experience (QBE), with CTA/STEP study support available for those looking to further develop their qualifications. Previous experience in a tax role within a professional practice environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines. A proactive and positive approach, with a genuine willingness to learn and develop professionally.
