The Tax division offers a broad suite of services including Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, Global Mobility and Personal Tax, supporting a diverse and growing client base ranging from SMEs to large corporates.

Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership while managing your own portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.

Managing advisory projects such as group restructuring, international expansion, acquisitions, disposals and tax efficiency reviews
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Managing deadlines, work-in-progress and billing to ensure commercial performance
Supporting, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
Contributing to business development activities including proposals and tenders
Assisting with technical projects, due diligence and internal training initiatives

This is a varied role offering broad advisory exposure with clear opportunities for progression as the team continues to grow.
What you'll need to succeed

ACA, CA or CTA (or equivalent)
Experience managing a client portfolio and reviewing tax work
Exposure to advisory projects such as restructuring, transactions or due diligence
Solid understanding of UK corporation tax principles across SMEs and larger corporates
Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to non-specialists
Strong organisational and project management capabilities
Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers
