As the Client Accountant you will manage a portfolio of 180-200 clients, providing expert financial guidance and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will assist clients with our online bookkeeping portal, offer tax planning advice, and review financial accounts before submission.
What You'll Be Doing- Manage a portfolio of 180-200 clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients via calls and emails.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist and train clients on using our bookkeeping portal.
- Offer tax planning and ad hoc advice as needed.
- Review and approve accounts before sending them to clients.
- Prepare self-assessment tax returns for client approval.
- Has Client Portfolio Management experience
- Demonstrates a proactive approach and takes ownership of tasks.
