International Employment Tax Manager

£55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus

I’m working with a leading international employment tax team who are looking to bring in a new manager to their established offering in the North.

This team focus on supporting a range of businesses who are operating and growing internationally, advising on various matters including international employment tax risk, global employer compliance and regulatory and legislative change.

• Advise organisations on complex international employment tax matters, supporting cross-border work forces and mobility programmes across a range of industries and global locations
• Manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering strategic guidance on employment tax compliance, payroll obligations, social security requirements, employee benefits, expenses, and equity-based reward arrangements
• Produce high-quality technical advice and analysis, mentor junior team members, and contribute to their professional development while researching legislative updates, case law, and emerging tax issues
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and industry trends, contribute to thought leadership initiatives, strengthen professional networks, identify growth opportunities, and support business development and client engagement activities

• Suitable qualification including CTA, ATT, ACA, ADIT or ACCA (or significant experience).
• Experience supporting businesses advising on international tax matters (or a desire to want to work in this area)
• Previous in experience in-house, working in global mobility or employment tax advisory experience will be considered
