Salary:
Scale 2 £ 24,796 - £25,185 pro rata (actual salary £4,315 - £4,383 per year)
Contract:
Permanent, part time - 7½ hours per week, term time only
Closing Date: Friday 20th February 2026 at 9am
Start Date: As soon as possible
The Receptionist will:
- Be the first point of contact for student and visitors upon arrival to the academy and provide administrative support to the academy.
- Undertake reception duties, including answering the telephone, face to face enquiries, receiving visitors, dealing with student enquiries and managing the school emails.
- Assist with Bromcom data input tasks.
- Undertake general administrative procedures as required by the school.
- Supporting of school key events such as reward evenings and various student/parents events.
- To undertake any other tasks relating to the role and scale of the job as directed by the Operations Manager.
