A small but thriving financial practice in Wiltshire is looking for an experienced, confident EA/PA to become the founder’s first dedicated support. This is a pivotal hire for the business and an opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a friendly, hard‑working office where no two days look the same.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to the founder
- Manage diaries, appointments, and daily schedules with accuracy and foresight
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm, professional experience
- Prepare documents, correspondence, and basic reports as needed
- Book travel
- Maintain organised systems, files, and workflows across the business
- Support with onboarding new clients and managing client information
- Handle day‑to‑day office coordination to keep the environment running smoothly
- Anticipate needs, spot gaps, and proactively solve problems before they arise
- Assist with personal tasks and ad‑hoc support where required
- Experienced EA/PA with a proven background supporting a busy individual or small business
- Confident, capable, and comfortable being the “go‑to” person in the office
- Proactive by nature — you take initiative and enjoy staying one step ahead
- Warm, personable, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
