Open Door Project CIC is seeking an Admin / Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our community programmes and services.
This role is central to keeping our organisation organised, responsive, and welcom-ing. You will support staff, tutors, and learners through effective administration and coordination.
You will:- Manage basic administration tasks and records
- Coordinate session schedules and room bookings
- Support learner registrations and attendance tracking
- Communicate with tutors, staff, and community partners
- Answer enquiries and support referrals
- Support reporting and data collection for funders
- Help ensure sessions run smoothly
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised, dependable, and detail-focused
- Friendly and approachable
- Confident with basic IT systems
- Comfortable working in a busy community setting
- Respectful of confidentiality and safeguarding
- Admin or coordination experience helpful but not essential
- Community or voluntary sector experience welcomed
- No formal qualifications required
