Position: Renaissance Asset Finance - Operations Administrator, Block Discounting & Wholesale

To provide administrative support by processing payouts and managing in‑life tasks of Block Discounting and Wholesale clients in line with department policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new facility proposals submitted by Sales by completing various searches for review by Credit.
  • Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
  • Verify that drawn‑down requests on pre‑approved credit facilities are within term before preparing documentation for payout, loading the payout into the system, and forwarding to Customer Support for 4‑eye checks and payment.
  • Handle all in‑life management tasks for Block Discounting and Wholesale clients, including checking and emailing monthly interest invoices, emailing monthly balances, monitoring and chasing for payments, allocating received payments, and quoting and completing settlements/terminations.
  • Tackle queries and ensure any issues that may delay payout are communicated promptly within the team and to the client.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting registration of legal charges at Companies House.
  • Perform general duties such as monitoring group emails, filing, and answering telephone calls.
  • Manage risks by observing internal policies and procedures diligently.

  • Block Discounting and Wholesale clients, internal and external auditors, sales, credit, risk, finance and operations staff.
Person Specification

Knowledge / Experience

  • Ideally from a lease or financial service background.
  • Experience working in a targeted environment with tight deadlines.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high workloads without compromising accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Self‑motivated with a sense of urgency.

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications grade A‑C.
