Position: People Experience Admin — HR Operations & Screening (6-mo)

PEXA is seeking a detail-oriented People Experience (PX) Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Leeds. You will be integral to our annual employee background screening and Good Character Attestation project, alongside providing essential PX administrative support.

The role requires coordination of the background screening process, communication with external providers, and management of HR operations including onboarding and payroll tasks. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be key in ensuring a seamless employee experience.
