Office Administrator Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–3:00pm
- Accurately entering orders into the in-house system
- Checking orders against invoices to ensure accuracy
- Handling incoming phone calls and responding to emails
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach and ability to use initiative
- Able to identify tasks and complete them efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good communication and organisational skills
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity based within a busy warehouse environment.
