About this Role

We are looking for a new team member to play an integral role in our school office, ensuring a positive, safe, and happy environment for our children. The role involves supporting the school’s administrative functions, working closely with staff and pupils, and upholding the Trust’s Christian ethos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the school office and administrative team in daily operations.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and pupil records.
  • Provide one‑to‑one support to pupils where required.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a positive school culture.
  • Support the Trust’s Christian ethos and shared mission and values.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in an office or administrative setting is desirable.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Passion for working with children and confidence in a one‑to‑one setting.
  • Ability to work as part of a thriving team.
