Office Manager

Location: LeedsSalary: Circa £32,000 + Annual BonusHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Opportunity

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to join our friendly and supportive team in Leeds. This is a varied role where you'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing excellent support to customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

This position would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and being the go-to person within a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors
  • Coordinating bookings, schedules, and appointments
  • Preparing and arranging customer quotations
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries
  • Maintaining office records and documentation
  • Supporting Health & Safety administration and compliance
  • Liaising with contractors and service providers
  • Assisting with general business administration and reporting
  • Supporting management with ad-hoc projects and operational tasks
About You
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, or Senior Administrator role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
