Description
Manage the diary and schedule of senior leadership, ensuring optimal time management and prioritisation.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips.
Handle confidential documentation with a high level of discretion and accuracy.
Support the preparation of reports and correspondence as required.
Assist with the planning and execution of departmental events and initiatives.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the public sector or a comparable environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
A meticulous approach to handling sensitive and confidential information.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
