Our client is looking for an organised and resourceful Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the office and support a fast-paced logistics operation. This role will take ownership of facilities, administration, office coordination, and general business support, making it well suited to someone who thrives on keeping operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, facilities, and administrative processes.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, health and safety, and workspace organisation.
  • Support onboarding and general employee administration.
  • Manage diaries, meeting rooms, travel bookings, and office events where required.
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Maintain office budgets, invoices, and expense records.
  • Support internal communications and operational coordination.
  • Ensure company policies and office procedures are followed.
  • Assist leadership with general business support tasks.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • Ability to manage suppliers, facilities, and budgets effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in a fast paced commercial environment is beneficial.
